Windward Granted Microsoft’s Gold Datacenter Status

HWindward Consulting Group, a global consultancy that solves complex service management challenges of global data center and network operations, today announced that for the seventh straight year it has achieved the Microsoft Gold Data Center status, the highest accreditation currently available for its competency in delivering hybrid solutions to transform data centers into flexible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

“Maintaining the Microsoft Gold Data Center competency is ongoing recognition from Microsoft that we’re delivering services on Microsoft technologies at the highest possible level,” said Mafa Amr, Windward General Manager. “Our expertise in Microsoft and its products enable us to accelerate our customers’ success by serving as technology advisors for their business demands.”

To earn a Microsoft gold competency, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise, and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. They also must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects along with implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study.
