Prior to joining Windward, Cody held various senior positions in executive search firms where he oversaw and led successful recruiting departments. Cody brings extensive experience and expertise in Technical Recruiting, Customer Relationship Management, and IT Service Management.

Gail has been with Windward since 2009. She handles the day to day administration of HR for our team, and ensures every new team member understands their benefits, and feels comfortable speaking up and asking for the resources they need to do their best work. In addition to handling HR and benefits administration for the company, she serves additional responsibilities in finance and security.
Mark Malone
Technical Recruiter
Responsible for identifying both cleared and non-cleared Consultants to support our Enterprise Services, Service Provider, and Federal clients. Mark sources active and passive job seekers assessing candidate skills, qualifications, motivations, career goals and compensation requirements to ensure they are a fit for our culture and team. Beyond hiring, he maintains a rapport with project managers, candidates and clients to ensure expectations are being met.
