Windward Consulting Group and the DARPA team worked together to formulate a solution. Windward suggested a ServiceNow© instance be installed from scratch on the classified side to facilitate the transfer of information and continuous workflow. Windward installed and configured ServiceNow© on the DARPA classified network.
Windward then readied the ServiceNow© implementation, launched it into production, and will provide early lifecycle support to ensure the success of the implementation. Windward successfully delivered knowledge transfer to the ServiceNow© technical support team to assist the DARPA team in the future and advised the classified support organization about their ServiceNow© roadmap planning.
